From Regfield To Rockfield

Of Gods And Monsters!.....After many, many months of songwriting at 'Regfield'

(Reg, our Bass Players Studio!), we finally got to pitch up to do our new album,

at an iconic studio which has always been a big dream of ours!

Here's a little peak of Redline recording at the legendary ROCKFIELD STUDIOS in Monmouth, Wales. The first fully residential recording studio in the world has played host to the likes of Black Sabbath, Robert Plant, Rush and Queen...who recorded Bohemian Rhapsody. It was in this same Quadrangle Studio (Freddie's piano is still there!) we were lucky enough to lay down the new REDLINE offering, Gods And Monsters.

Nick Brine produced the album and has a wealth of experience of Rockfield.

He was the house engineer there for many years, as well as building a studio for

The Darkness and running his own Leeders Vale Studio in Wales.

Including recording The Darkness, Nick has worked with Thunder, The Stone Roses, Bruce Springsteen, Oasis, Coldplay, Sepultura, The Quireboys, Stone Gods, Colour of Noise and many, many more. Brino (Nick Brine) was a joy to work with and we can't thank him enough for his immense skill, enthusiasm and dedication in capturing Gods And Monsters!...and of course, his brilliant, hilarious tales of studio life!

Gods And Monsters was mastered by Pete Mayer, a world class Mastering Engineer who's clients include The Rolling Stones, U2, Jack White, The Killers etc.

...a massive thanks for the outstanding results that he achieved!

It's been a long road from Regfield to Rockfield, but we have loved every single

minute of it! A huge thanks to all those who have helped us along this path!

We can't wait to do more, a new journey has just begun with some great songs already underway! We'll let you know how it goes!

Thanks for your support, here's to 2020! ...luv REDLINE x
